OUR RIGHT TO REMOVE YOU

Target Sports Centre Ltd, acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right to refuse admission to the range, ban entry to the range and remove from the range without any right to refund, any person whose presence or behaviour may effect the enjoyment and / or safety of other guests or staff or who: uses violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour or in any way behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace.

We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings or prosecute any person found damaging or defacing any part of The Tunnel Target Sports Centre or the grounds.

If any guest, in breach of any of these terms and conditions is a member of a group booking, then such a group of individuals may, also at Target Sports Centre Ltd's discretion, be denied entry or escorted from the range without any right to a refund.

The organiser agrees to accept full responsibility for the actions of its guest/s involved in the event.

YOUR BEHAVIOUR

Behaviour likely to cause danger or annoyance to themselves or other persons is not permitted in any part of Target Sports Centre Ltd. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited within any buildings owned by Target Sports Centre Ltd.

SECURITY

It is strictly prohibited to bring any weapons to The Tunnel Target Sports Centre without the prior consent or be qualified to do so with a relevant Firearms Certificate. Any person found to be in possession of a weapon outside of these conditions or deemed to be offensive and/or dangerous, will be immediately escorted from the premises without any right to a refund. We reserve the right to make reports to the relevant authorities which may lead to prosecution.

Alcohol may not be brought into The Tunnel Target Sports Centre. Any person found to be possessing alcohol, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, will be refused admission without any right to a refund.

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any person found possessing, using, or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the range with out any right to a refund.

CCTV

CCTV cameras are used extensively throughout The Tunnel Target Sports Centre as a matter of necessity and to assist in the proper running of our ranges. We do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras.

All items, belongings and other property brought into the range by you are at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property.

CHILDREN

No children under the age of 18 are allowed into any of our ranges without a responsible adult. All children in the reception area must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

PARKING

Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. we take no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of the guests’ vehicles in the car park or any contents. No vehicles are permitted to remain outside of our operating hours.

OUR LIABILITY

Target Sports Centre Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss and / or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside our control. This includes any distress, inconvenience, anxiety or loss of enjoyment arising from the evacuation from the premises or ranges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PAYMENTS

All range bookings and / or shooting experiences must be paid in full. All prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT (at the current rate of 20%).

Any payment received is non-transferable and non-refundable unless more than 7 days notice is given. To protect you from fraud, you will be required to produce the credit / debit card used to make payment when you arrive at the venue. If you cannot produce the card, an alternative payment must be taken. An additional charge may be requested to cover our third party costs for refunding your original payment.

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOWS

Range bookings and shooting experiences cannot be refunded for persons who fail to attend without prior notice to ourselves.

Where persons are late to arrive for their scheduled time slot, their session will be shortened to suit the remaining time allocated for that session. This is subject to adequate time remaining and at the range officer's discretion.

SAFETY BRIEF

No person will be allowed into the firing range until they have a safety briefing from a member of staff. Anyone not complying to this brief can be removed from the range with out any right to a refund.

CANCELLATION / FORCE MAJEURE AND LIMITATION

Payments will not be refunded to any person who fails to attend or withdraws from the range. Alterations to your booking can be made up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Where the event is prevented, frustrated or delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to riot, strikes, natural catastrophe, severely adverse weather, power failure, fire or breakdown of plant or machinery) or any other cause beyond its control, The Tunnel Target Sports Centre’s liability shall be limited to refunding or re-scheduling the event at a future date convenient to all parties.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Our gift vouchers are non-refundable and they cannot be redeemed after this date and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

Normal cancellation policies apply to all vouchers once redeemed against a booking.

All vouchers must be redeemed in their entirety. No cash, credit or refund will be given if the voucher is not used in its entirety or within the valid period.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our gift vouchers (if chosen to be delivered) and we cannot accept responsibility for postal delays.

Gift vouchers for a shooting experience must be presented on arrival for your session and we accept no responsibility for lost vouchers.

SHOOTING CAN BE DANGEROUS

All shooting events can be dangerous. Despite taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these, you are present at your own risk.

All participants are required to sign an indemnity as a condition of shooting.

SECTION 21

A declaration under section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968 must be signed by all persons prior to entering the firing range. Refusal to sign would prohibit entry into the firing range without right to a refund.

ALL participants over the age of 18 are required to produce a valid form of photo ID when signing in, we reserve the right to refuse entry to those without a valid form of photo ID.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION (ID)

All persons over the age of 18 wishing to shoot at The Tunnel Target Sports Centre must produce a photo ID that we accept. Without this you will be refused entry without the right to a refund.

Only government issued forms of photo ID will be accepted, examples of which are as follows:

• Passport
• Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
• Firearms or Shotgun Certificate
• BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) Card
• Military ID

If you intend to use a different form of government issued Photo ID than those listed, you will need to email us at info@thetunnel.co.uk at least 7 days prior to your booking for us to confirm if we will accept this form of photo ID.

PLEASE NOTE: you must bring the physical, original form of photo ID as we don’t accept copies of said documentation.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once a customer has booked a range or purchased a gift voucher over the phone or by email, the customer is entitled to participate in that session only. Multiple purchases can be made by a customer in a single transaction as well as a single customer being allowed to make multiple transactions.

Upon arrival at The Tunnel Target Sports Centre for a purchased event and in the interests of security, the customer is required to show the Credit/Debit card used to complete the transaction.

OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY

The privacy of the information you provide to us is important and this statement is intended to inform and reassure you of our commitment to respecting your privacy.

We use the information you provide about yourself to complete an gift voucher order or a range booking.

We may collect the following information: name, address, email address and phone number/s.

We DO NOT store your Credit Card or Debit Card information.

We never share this information with third parties apart from what is necessary to answer a request or to complete an order. The same applies to information you provide about someone else.
